This video tells a brief and amazing story about the Construction Career Center for Operating Engineers 324, which supports a 515-acre training site, technical and classroom facilities in Howell, Michigan. Student's can participate in hands-on Apprenticeship programs while refresher and recertification courses are offered to help experienced Journeyman operators update their skills for changing technologies. Jointly administered through OE 324 and contractor associations, this Career Center is Michigan's only self-funded, hands-on facility offering heavy equipment training to thousands of Apprentices and Journeyman operators annually from all over Michigan since 1967.
