Would you like to get paid to go to school? Get paid to learn new career skills? The Union construction trades offer qualified individuals the opportunity to do just that by balancing classroom education with hands-on training on the job site.

Like a full-ride scholarship, Union Apprenticeship education is paid for by the partnership between Labor & Management for each trade. Apprentices graduate debt free.

Depending on the program, apprentices may have nominal fees (ie. tuition, books, work clothes, basic tools). Fees are generally a few hundred dollars per year and vary by program.

Unionized Construction Apprenticeships are offered by all of the Building Trades.

The overall programs all function in a similar way. Start the program, learn on the job and in the classroom and get paid to do it.

Each Unionized construction trade has a highly-developed program and unique facility for training Apprentices and Journeymen.

The MUST Careers site aims to connect you to those Training Centers where you will learn more about the individual trade, the application process and how to apply for that specific program.
